That's What She Said

I’ve always hated exercise. It’s something I have to force myself to do and never, NEVER enjoy it. Until now! Read this week’s “That’s What She Said” to find out more.

Thanks!

The spinning room and spinning classes at that “gym” are the best. I want to join again just for those spin classes and the view.
As fellow fitness instructor, it is can be really frustrating when participants are talking throughout the class; although I don’t agree with the method used to get your attention…I’m glad to hear you enjoyed the spin class and I totally agree on biking pants!
I am just waiting for your friend Kel’s comment on this one. She must be over the moon. Way to go finding something you really like!
I wonder if they make padded crotchless underwear. Just THINK of what you could do with those.
There ARE feminine biking clothes, and I actually lust after people who wear biking gear, to tell you the truth. I want to be the ladies in their spandex, and I want to hump the men in their spandex.
Cycling was the first form of exercise that I found I really enjoyed as well, although for me it took about 2 weeks of utter hatred before I realized that I really loved it.
That’s the key to exercising, though, finding what you enjoy doing. I HATE running, but love cycling, hiking, and yoga. You have to do what you love.
I have to say that in the picture I thought you were wearing bike shorts with your underwear on the outside to the gym.
Yeah Sarah! You are the sassiest thing on a scooter and now bike. So happy that you found something that you love. Can’t wait to hear more.
Take it from a very seasoned road cyclist, biking skirts are the way to to. You can wear the ugly old black spandex shorts and just wear a biking skirt overtop. Much like a short wrap skirt. I’ve done it for years in spin class and on the road. I make them myself and because I am a huge fabric whore, I’m never at a loss finding cute fabrics.
I would not have survived my first few months of biking had I not spent the dough to find a good pair of women’s padded biking shorts. Now I don’t really have to wear them if I don’t want to because now my cheeks (and sit bones) have gotten used to it.
I’m eagerly awaiting when the days get longer so I can start riding to/from or after work again.
Doh, need to take the (sad in CA) out. That was in response to Prop 8…
Yes, good one is that 😉 also great for my fitness buddies. thanks
